Longest Underwater Painting 2004

LANG TENGAH, April 2004 : CoRal Malaysia first record breaking feat recognized by the Malaysia Book of Record (MBOR)

Lead by Malaysia’s first underwater painter, Ajis Mohamed and other national painters from the National Art Gallery of Malaysia, a 36.10 meter canvas was painted on the seabed at a depth of 15.3 meters

Thirty other painters took turns in four dives to complete the painting. The painters were honored when the painting was exhibited at the National Art Gallery and is now a national treasure.
